JACKIE'S TOLLHOUSE COOKIES 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. Crisco
2 eggs
2 c. rolled oats
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips (may substitute butterscotch, peanut butter or mint chips)

Mix Crisco, butter, sugar and brown sugar in a bowl. Add eggs. Add in all dry ingredients. Roll in with spoon chocolate chips, nuts, and rolled oats.

Grease cookie sheet. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 14 minutes.
