LEMON DESSERT 
1 c. sugar
2 rounding tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
Juice of 1 lemon
Yolks of 2 eggs
Whites of 2 eggs

Mix sugar, butter, and flour. Add lemon juice, egg yolks, and milk. Beat egg whites and fold in. Put in casserole. Put casserole in pan of hot water. Bake 30 minutes.
