APPLE CRISP 
6 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. oatmeal, regular
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
4-6 apples
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Melt butter in a Pyrex bowl in the microwave. Stir in remaining ingredients until crumbly. Peel, core and thinly slice apples. Place apples in a Pyrex pie plate. Crumble some of the sugar mixture over top (use about half). Microwave on high 10-15 minutes or until apples are tender. Rotate half way through if your microwave requires.

Use enough apples to fill the pie plate.

Refrigerate the remaining topping. Use for the next time. I like to keep a container of the mixture on hand so we can have apple crisp any time.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
