GARDEN SHEET CAKE 
1 pkg. Devil's food cake mix for 2 layer cake
2-3 c. shredded zucchini
3 lg. eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice

CREAM CHEESE ICING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. finely chopped walnuts
Red, green, and orange paste food coloring
4 sm. sprigs parsley

CAKE: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Combine all cake ingredients in large mixer bowl. Blend at low speed; increase speed to high and beat 2 minutes. Pour batter evenly into prepared pan. Bake 35-40 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 15 minutes; invert onto wire rack and cool.

ICING: Combine cream cheese, butter, and vanilla in mixer bowl. Beat until light and smooth, scraping bowl occasionally with rubber spatula. Beat in confectioners sugar to spreading consistency. (Reserve 1 cup icing for decoration.)
