KAHLUA CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 c. water
2 1/4 c. unsifted flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. Kahlua

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small sauce pan, melt 1 cup of butter, stir in 1/2 teaspoon cocoa plus 1 cup water. Bring to boil and remove from heat. In large mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Add cocoa mixture; beat well. Stir in buttermilk, eggs, vanilla, and kahlua. Pour into cake pan and bake 25 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched.
