RICHMOND CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 sq. chocolate, grated
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling water

Combine above ingredients in a heavy saucepan and cook over low heat until chocolate is melted and mixture thickens. Remove from heat and add 1 tablespoon butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat until well blended and thickened.
