DOUBLE CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI BREAD | |
3 eggs, beaten 1 cup vegetable oil 3 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1 (16 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 2 cups sugar 2 cups peeled and grated zucchini 3 cups all-purpose flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 cups Hershey's chocolate syrup Combine eggs and sugar; beat until fluffy. Add oil, zucchini, vanilla and chocolate syrup. Sift dry ingredients together; then add chocolate chips. Add to wet ingredients. Blend well. Grease two 9x5x3-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. |
