VANILLA ICE CREAM 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
6 oz. Pet/Milnot
2 1/2 tbsp. vanilla
2 qt. milk
Pinch of salt

Take 4 eggs and beat until foamy. Add 2 cups sugar and beat until thick. Add 6 ounce can Pet/Milnot and beat again. Then add 2 1/2 tablespoons vanilla and add 2 quarts milk, then salt. Makes 1 gallon. Put in ice cream freezer until thick and hard.
