TAPIOCA DATE PUDDING 
1/2 c. minute tapioca
3 c. cold water
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. chopped dates
2/3 c. chopped nuts
Whipping cream

Combine all ingredients except whipping cream and cook in top of double boiler for 1 hour. Pudding will thicken when cool. Serve in sherbet dishes and top with whipped cream.
