SALTED NUT ROLL 
24 oz. roasted salted peanuts
1 sm. can sweetened condensed milk
1 lb. bag peanut butter chips
1 (10 oz.) bag mini marshmallows
Pam Spray

Spray the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pyrex pan. In the microwave or using a double boiler, melt chips with the condensed milk. Add marshmallows while continuing to cook over low heat. Spread half of the peanuts on the bottom of the pan. Pour over mixture on top. Spread the rest of the peanuts on top. Lightly press remaining peanuts into mixture. Refrigerate. Cut when cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
