CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER BARS 
2 cups powdered sugar
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 c. smooth peanut butter
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 cups (12 oz.) milk chocolate or semi sweet chips, melted

Mix powdered sugar, cracker crumbs, peanut butter and butter until blended. Press into ungreased 9x13 pan in an even layer. Spread melted chocolate over top. Refrigerate until chocolate is firm (at least 2 hours). Let stand at room temp. for 15 -20 minutes before cutting with a sharp knife.
