SALISBURY STEAK 
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. milk
1 c. (crushed) corn flakes or bread crumbs
1 or 2 cans golden mushroom soup (2 cans for more gravy)
Salt and pepper

Combine meat, egg, onion, milk, corn flakes, salt and pepper. Form into 6 patties. Roll in flour; brown in fat. Place in baking dish. Cover with mushroom soup. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
