HAWAIIAN DREAM CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (soft)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 c. cold milk
1 container Cool Whip
Coconut - nuts (optional)

Mix cake mix using juice and water to make liquid. Blend cream cheese, pudding, and milk with beater until smooth; fold in drained pineapple. Spread in 9x13 pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Spread on cooled cake. Cover with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with coconut and nuts if desired. Refrigerate.
