DORITO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground meat
1 can mushroom soup
1 sm. can enchilada sauce
1 lg. bag Doritos
3 c. cheese, grated
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown ground meat, add soup and enchilada sauce, salt and pepper; set aside. Crush Doritos and in an 8"x12" casserole dish layer chips, meat mixture and cheese, repeat layers, ending with cheese. Bake at 300 degrees until cheese is golden brown.
