2 lb. hamburger meat 1 c. water 2 tsp. liquid smoke 2 tsp. mustard seed 2 1/2 tbsp. Morton's tender quick 1/2 tsp. cracked ground pepper 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. onion powder Combine and mix all ingredients. Divide into 2 rolls. Use heavy duty foil. Put meat on shiny side. Fold and seal. Let stand in refrigerator for 24 hours. Punch holes in bottom of foil so fat will drain out. Place on rack in baking pan. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Let cool and store in refrigerator. |
