GLAZED CARROTS 
1 lb. raw carrots, peeled and cut in thirds
3/4 c. orange marmalade
1/4 c. honey
1/3 to 1/2 c. water

Parboil carrots 2-3 minutes. Place carrots in baking dish. Cover with mixture of honey, marmalade and water. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. You can prepare carrots and mixture ahead of time.
