ROUND STEAK 
3 lb. round steak
Flour

Coat round steak with flour. Brown both sides. When browned, pour on top.

3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
Pepper to taste
2 c. water
1 sliced onion

Cover and simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Remove meat, stir "gravy" and serve with rice, boiled potatoes, etc.
