CHEESE DIP 
1 large box Velveeta cheese
1 lb. HOT pork sausage
1 can Ro-Tel chilies and tomatoes

Drain the juice from the Ro-Tel into a large pot. Add the cheese in chunks and melt on medium heat. Fry the sausage in a skillet until crumbly. Cut up the tomatoes into small pieces. Add the tomatoes to the sausage and finish cooking. Then add the cheese mix and heat until piping hot. Serve with plain taco chips.

You may want to serve this in a fondue pot or small crock-pot to keep it warm while serving.
