SALAD IN A BAG 
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Radishes
Salad dressing
Seasoned croutons

UTENSILS:

Sharp knife
Cutting board
Paper towels
Plastic bag
Liquid measuring cup
Lg. salad bowl
Dry measure cup

Wash and cut core from a medium head of lettuce. Rinse lettuce under cold water. Throw away any bruised leaves.

Tear remaining lettuce into bite-size pieces. Place pieces on paper towel to dry. Wash and cut stem ends from 2 medium tomatoes. Cut each tomato into 8 wedges. Wash and trim 8 radishes; cut into thin slices.

Place vegetables in a plastic bag (or large Tupperware bowl with a seal). Pour in 1/3 cup of your favorite salad dressing. Close bag tightly (or place seal on bowl). Shake hard a few times. Empty into large salad bowl (or serve out of Tupperware bowl). Sprinkle with 1/3 cup seasoned croutons.
