DOVE ON THE BED | |
Flour Oil 1 dozen dove breasts 3/4 c. rice, uncooked Salt Pepper 3 oz. can mushrooms 1/2 stick butter 1 tbsp. grated onion (or half a minced garlic clove) 2 beef bouillon cubes in 1 3/4 c. water Flour and brown the breast in the oil. Mix all other ingredients in a greased baking pan and spread evenly over the bottom of the pan. Arrange the breast in 2 rows and pour bouillon over the breast and pat with butter. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
