ZUCCHINI SKILLET 
1 sm. onion
2 stalks celery
Zucchini
1 sm. can mushrooms
2 tomatoes
6 Little Sizzler sausages
Parmesan cheese
Chow mein noodles

Cut onion in rings and dice celery. Saute in butter, while cutting zucchini (as much as you like) into 1" square pieces (with peeling). Add zucchini to onions and celery. Add drained mushrooms and cut up tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste. In another pan brown 6 Little Sizzlers that have been cut in 1" pieces, drain and add to zucchini mixture and cook 15 minutes more. May add cheese and chow mein noodles right before serving. As main dish this serves 2 people, if used as a side dish, serves 4 to 6 people.
