FRIED RICE 
4 tsp. oil
2 beaten eggs, scrambled
4 c. cooked rice
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. frozen peas and carrots
1 c. cooked ham, sliced
1 tooth garlic, chopped
1 tsp. Accent

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in wok. Add garlic, brown and add ham, peas and carrots. Stir occasionally. Set aside. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in wok. Stir fried rice and then add browned ham, peas and carrots; add scrambled eggs. Stir all together.
