CHICKEN QUICHE 
1 (9") pie shell
4 eggs
1 c. heavy cream
1/2 c. creamy Italian salad dressing
1/8 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 c. chopped chicken, cooked
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Bake pie shell 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove pie shell and reduce heat to 375 degrees. In large bowl, beat eggs and mix in cream, salad dressing, chicken and cheese. Pour into pie shell and sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 375 degrees. Yield: 6 servings.
