Delicious and easy recipe, but I didn't have the fresh or frozen cranberries at the time, so I substituted Dickinson's Cranberry Relish (in a 9.6 oz little jar) for the fresh/frozen cranberries and it turned out just great! Halving the recipe's ingredients for two servings worked just as well!
