OVEN FRIED CHICKEN 
1 (2 1/4 to 3 lb.) frying chicken, disjointed
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. leaf oregano
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/2 c. buttermilk (or plain yogurt thinned with milk)
1/2 c. regular wheat germ
Dash of pepper

Wipe pieces of chicken with damp cloth and dry well. Mix together cheese, wheat germ, and spices in shallow bowl. Pour buttermilk in another shallow bowl and dip each piece chicken in buttermilk, then in cheese mixture and place skin side up in lightly greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until meat near bone is no longer pink.
