POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese
16 oz. sour cream
1 c. diced onion
1/2 c. melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. crushed potato chips

Let hash browns thaw 30 minutes. Combine first 7 ingredients, mixing well. Put into casserole, grease. Top with crushed chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
