1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
4 eggs
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 c. shredded cheese
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 (10 1/2 oz.) box chopped broccoli, thawed

Mix cornbread according to directions on box. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into large cast iron skillet. Bake at 400 degrees.
