2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. flour
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. bananas, mashed

Mix all ingredients well. Bake at 350 degrees in layer pans until done, approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes. Frost with cream cheese frosting.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 box confectioners' sugar
1 stick butter, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
