HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
1 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Place chocolate and butter in 2 cup glass measure. Microwave on medium high 1 1/4 minute. Stir until chocolate is completely melted; blend in sugar. Stir in milk. Microwave on high 1 minute. Stir in vanilla. Refrigerate if not using immediately. Makes 1 cup.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
