FRENCH POTATO SALAD 
3 lb. potatoes, boiled, peeled & diced
1/2 c. French dressing
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Add French dressing to potatoes; mix well and chill. Add celery, onion, green pepper and parsley. Blend sour cream, milk, mustard, salt, pepper and add to potato mixture. Chill well before serving.
