1/2 c. sugar
1 c. ketchup
1 c. oil
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 onion, chopped
1 clove of garlic
1 tsp. celery seed
2/3 c. cold water

Mix in blender until sugar is dissolved.
