STEAK 'N GRAVY 
3 lbs. chopped steak
2 c. flour
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. shortening
8 c. water

Coat steaks in flour, brown in shortening. Put in pressure cooker. Make gravy using 4 tablespoons flour in shortening used to brown steaks, brown flour until golden brown. Add water, stir until smooth. Pour over steaks. Pressure for 45 minutes.
