1 pkg. spinach
1/2 head lettuce, optional or increase to 2 pkg. spinach
4 green onions, sliced
Fresh bean sprouts, couple of handfuls
1/2 lb. bacon, broiled & crumbled
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced

Toss above ingredients in a large bowl.

SWEET - SOUR FRENCH DRESSING:

1 c. oil
1/3 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix well and pour over above tossed vegetable ingredients. Toss again.
