AMBER'S CHICKEN BALLS
This is great for a little kids snack! It's even great for a meal for the family!!

1 lb. boneless chicken breasts
olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. butter
Italian seasoning (if desired)
shredded mozzarella cheese
your favorite pizza sauce
1 pkg. "make your own pizza dough" (or refrigerated dough ball)

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Mix the pizza dough and let it sit outside (or in warm area) until ready for the dough.

Put enough olive oil on the frying pan until bottom is coated evenly. Mince up a clove of garlic and put it in the olive oil. With the stove on high, take about 1 tablespoon of butter and put that in the olive oil.

When the butter is completely melted you can put the chicken in and cook until completely done on each side. The chicken should be cut in little bites (like a chicken nugget but square). If you'd like, sprinkle the cooking chicken with some Italian seasoning. Set aside the chicken on a plate with a paper towel on it so it dries quicker.

Take the pizza dough from outside or from the warm area and roll it out with flour until its thin and smooth. Cut the dough with a pizza cutter (or sharp knife) in a square about 3x3-inches.

Spread the bottom of the dough with pizza sauce, then sprinkle a little bit of cheese in the middle. (If not a sauce and cheese fan, you can use your favorite BBQ sauce and spread that on the bottom).

Fold the chicken into a ball like form so nothing leaks out or is seen. (It's easier to use a fork on the edges of the dough so nothing leaks out).

Spread a little bit of butter and salt on the top.

Bake in 400°F oven for 7 to 9 minutes, or until golden brown. (If needed, broil it for about 2 minutes to enhance the golden-ness).
