PARTY-PERFECT CASHEW CHICKEN
BALLS
 
2 c. chicken, cooked and diced
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
1 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. crushed cashews

Sauté onion and celery with 1 tablespoon butter. In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, onion, celery, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce and mayonnaise. Form into 1-inch balls, using a teaspoon. Place on a cookie sheet and chill for 20 to 30 minutes.

In a small mixing bowl, place crushed cashews. Roll chicken balls in cashews until well coated. Return to cookie sheet. Cover with foil and chill until ready to serve.

Makes 3 dozen.
