HOT MEXICAN DIP | |
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef 1 1/2 lbs. Jimmy Dean reg. sausage 2 lbs. Velveeta cheese, cut in chunks 1 sm. can chopped green chilies 1 sm. can jalapeno peppers 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 sm. can tomato paste Corn chips Brown ground beef and sausage. Drain. Add cheese and cook until melted. Add chilies, peppers, tomato sauce and paste. Heat and serve in dish that will stay warm. Serve with corn chips. Can be frozen and reheated. Makes a very large amount. |
