ZIPPY BEEF OLIVE SPREAD 
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. sherry
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 (3 oz.) pkg. smoked, sliced beef, finely snipped
1/4 c. chopped pimento-stuffed green olives
1/2 c. chopped nuts (walnuts)
Crackers

Mix first 6 ingredients together. Shape into ball. Roll in chopped nuts. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with crackers.
