HAMBURGER SPREAD 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef, raw
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 egg
1/2 c. onion
2 c. American or Velveeta cheese, grated
1 tbsp. mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine ingredients and spread on 1/2 of a hamburger bun. Bake 20 minutes, 350 degrees.
