CAROB CANDY 
1 c. chopped dates, firmly packed
2/3 c. unsweetened coconut
2/3 c. chopped walnuts
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tbsp. carob powder

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly with hands, or run through food chopper. Form into balls 3/4" in diameter. Roll in coconut. Store in air tight container in refrigerator to keep from drying out.
