LASAGNA | |
8 oz. lasagna noodles 1 jar (32 oz.) spicy spaghetti sauce 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese 2 c. Ricotta or sm. curd cottage cheese 1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. water 1 tsp. salt In a 2 quart casserole microwave ground beef for 5-6 minutes on full power. Drain fat and add spaghetti sauce, water and salt. Cook at full power covered for 5-6 minutes until hot. In a 13x9 inch baking dish layer 1/3 of the sauce, 1/2 of the uncooked lasagna, 1 cup of cottage cheese and 1/3 of the Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers, ending with sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with wax paper or plastic wrap and cook at full power for 30-35 minutes. Let it stand for five minutes before serving. Meadow Creek Elem. |
