QUICKIE QUICHE 
2 (9-inch) frozen pie shells
1 pt. light cream
4 eggs
4 slices American cheese
2 slices Swiss
1 c. grated cheddar
1/2 c. grated Mozzarella
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan
1/2 lb. cooked bacon
3 tbsp. onion powder
4 tbsp. garlic powder

Optional - you can add bacon or ham, cooked peas, and/or broccoli.

Fry bacon. In a large mixing bowl beat eggs, cream, onion and garlic powder. Place 2 slices of American cheese, 1/4 pound of cooked bacon slices, and 1 slice of Swiss in each frozen pie shell.

Pour egg/cream mixture over the cheeses, filling the pie shell halfway. Spread all the grated cheeses over each pie shell and bake at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Test with fork to see when finished.
