FRUIT NUT SALAD 
2 boxes lime Jello
2 c. boiling water
1/4 tsp. salt
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. pecans

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add cheese and whip with mixer. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into mold and chill until firm. Serve on lettuce. Yield: 10 servings.
