HAM & CHEESE LOG 
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. drained sm. curd cottage cheese
2 tsp. dry Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
1 lg. can Underwood deviled ham
1 tbsp. parsley
1/4 c. chopped pecans

Mix and spread on foil covered cookie sheet the first 3 ingredients in a square 3/8" thick. Refrigerate until chilled. Spread deviled ham over square and roll into a log. Roll in parsley and pecan mixture. Chill and slice.
