CHOCOLATE PECAN PIE 
3/4 c. chocolate chips
2/3 c. dark corn syrup
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
9" deep dish pie crust
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. bourbon
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1 can hot fudge
Whipped cream

Oven medium heat, bring syrup and sugar to a boil; fully dissolve sugar. Remove from heat. In separate pan melt butter and mix with bourbon. Set aside.

Beat eggs until very frothy. Continue beating and add butter and bourbon mixture; then syrup and sugar mixture slowly, in a steady stream, beating continually. Stir in coarsely chopped pecans and mix thoroughly. Cover bottom of crust with chocolate chips and pour pecan mixture over top. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cool; cover with fudge and top with whipped cream.
