POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 tsp. baking soda
1 twin pkg. potato chips, crushed

In large bowl, combine butter and eggs. Mix to blend, add sugars, mix well. Add baking soda and flour, then potato chips and butterscotch chips. Drop by teaspoon onto "Pammed" cookie sheets. Bake at 325 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
