TIN ROOF PIE | |
1/4 c. peanut butter 1/2 c. corn syrup 2 c. nut & honey cornflake cereal 2 c. Blue Bell vanilla, softened Hershey chocolate syrup 3 tbsp. chopped peanuts Stir together peanut butter and corn syrup. Add cereal, stirring until coated. Press into 9 inch pie plate. Chill. Scoop softened ice cream into crust. Freeze until firm. Ten minutes before serving, remove from freezer. Top with chocolate syrup and peanuts. |
