GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 qt. green beans
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 pt. tomatoes, chopped
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. bacon grease
Salt and pepper to taste
1 clove garlic, chopped

Cook green beans; drain. Put beans in casserole dish. Saute onion and green pepper in bacon grease; add to casserole with chopped tomatoes. Add seasoning and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Bacon may be crumbled on top of casserole just before done.
