WALNUT ROAST 
2 eggs, beaten until light
1 1/2 c. toasted bread crumbs
1 c. ground walnuts
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cream
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. grated onion

Combine eggs, bread crumbs and cream. Let stand 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
