GREEN OR YELLOW BEANS 
1 lb. green or yellow wax beans
1/4 lb. bacon
1 med. onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. sour cream

SAUCE:

1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
5 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. flour to thicken

Cut up and cook beans. Cut up bacon and fry with the onion. Make sauce and pour over cooked beans. Add sour cream.
