1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 lg. container Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. milk

Mix flour, butter, and nuts. Press into bottom of oblong glass dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Cool. Mix together cream cheese, Cool Whip, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Spread over baked crust. Mix instant pudding and milk. Spread over second layer. Cover with remainder of large container of Cool Whip. Shave chocolate over top if desired. Cover and freeze.
